Portugal Development Co. was created to unlock value in one of Portugal’s clearest housing inefficiencies: strong demand for well-located homes alongside a large stock of empty, underused, and often unlivable buildings in historic urban centers.

Over the past 18 months, Portugal Development Co. has established a strong foundation through market immersion, relationship building, acquisitions, and on-the-ground project development in the Algarve.

Backed by five like-minded investors, Phase I is now underway in Portimão, where two properties have been acquired, five homes have been designed, and off-plan sales are in progress.
